Our Client Pathway

We look to build a fully integrated client pathway, where we can give our service users the opportunity to build a healthy and supported yet independent lifestyle. We look to encourage our clients to involve themselves in day care/activity centres, to socialise with people at all different stages of our client pathway and connect as much as possible with day-to-day life. 

Our pathway will be designed via the hub and spoke model, which we can replicate whilst expanding into different division across the UK. This model will consist of an integrated management team that will focus on efficient and affect recruitment and sales processes to drive organic growth. As a board, we will look for synergistic additions to each division empowering our brand, culture and strengthening our relationships with CQC, local authorities and most importantly our clients.  

Our Targets

 

 Our target acquisitions are predominantly domiciliary care, allowing us to build a strong foundation of businesses offering a variety of services. This stable base is the first step to establishing a client pathway that offers a flexible service. Domiciliary care businesses can offer a wide range of services such as End of life, Dementia care, Live in care, Discharge to access, Supported living, Extra care, Adults (18+) with special needs, Adults (18+) with physical disabilities and Elderly care.

Once we have completed the first stage of our acquisition strategy, we will look to branch out and acquire different care business that synergise and fit into our long term vision. These targets will be transportation services, residential/nursing homes, day care services, assisted living and care villages. 

We only look for acquisitions with a great management team we can empower, utilising our boards experience and assessment framework to ensure any addition to the group fits into our long term strategy.
